Get to know Rachel Turner
Rachel Turner has made a commitment in her real estate career to help buyers and sellers alike find peace through the entire transaction process. "I strive to be a constant positive and to obtain the most desirable outcome." Her delicate approach to the business is well balanced with a strong motivation to always give one-hundred percent. By focusing on distressed sales in her local market and by educating herself to receive the necessary REO industry designations, Ms. Turner has positioned herself to better serve this segment of the housing market.
Structurally, her real estate fulfillment team is comprised of competent and talented individuals, all of whom share Ms. Tuner's passion for efficient, streamlined operations, coupled with a commitment to stellar customer service. Her marketing of properties includes a significant internet presence which casts a wide net into the home buying community.
Though she has been a licensed agent for the past 5 years, she has also committed time and energy to serving the minority home buying community and the practitioners that serve this diverse segment. She is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and continues to volunteer her time to both of these organizations. Rachel also serves as a committee member and a founding member of AREAA's new young professionals group the EDGE.
As a Lake Tahoe native, Rachel is naturally inspired to market the region on her clients' behalf. When she can find the time, Rachel enjoys family time, hiking the trails of Tahoe, catching the latest movie and enjoying all that the North Shore has to offer. Her perceptivity about the region and certification in her field are assets that she's ready to share with you through Chase International's Tahoe City office.
