Let me assist you in finding your dream home. As a licensed Real Estate Professional I am here to guide you through the home buying process. I look forward to hearing from you.

Out of my 20+ years of real estate experience, prior to obtaining my real estate license, I acted as Senior Escrow Officer & Title Operations Manager for a Fee Attorney in Rockwall County. I have also worked in N Plano, N Dallas & Park Cities areas as Escrow Officer. With many years of real estate experience in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, Ellis, Hunt and Rockwall Counties, I am able to assist with listing and selling residential and commercial real estate. I have the knowledge and ability to work the numbers with a client prior to accepting or sending any offers to be considered by seller/purchaser. I am knowledgeable of the closing process and will not let anything slide that is not in your favor should you consider using me to assist you as your realtor. My seasoned knowledge of the industry, together with my desire to help others, makes the entire experience go smoother.

Resume: I started my career with real estate in 1993 while working as an assistant to a Dallas realtor that owned and operated her own Asset Management company by putting together Realtor BPO spreadsheets to various mortgage companies throughout the US. In 1995, I switched over to work in the title department for one the largest real estate foreclosure attorney office in Dallas at that time. In 1997, I decided to stop working with an office that would take homes in foreclosure to working with an attorney who owned and operated a Fee Attorney - Title Office, where instead helped put families into their homes. In those years I handled processing duties as an assistant shortly before obtaining my Escrow License to handle closings for both residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions, as well as working with several builder accounts.

Throughout my career, I have served as Escrow Officer to several large agencies and underwriters; and in the process, worked with numerous realtors, investors, sellers, buyers and builders in Dallas and in surrounding areas. I have ALSO handled and processed numerous Short Sales for Listing agents, so they could be out selling real estate. By closing real estate transactions, I also am a Licensed Notary for the State of Texas.

Note: As a licensed Escrow Officer in the State of Texas, you have a fiduciary responsibility to all parties involved in the contract to close a sale or refinance transaction by acting as intermediary and handling all the funds between each party, in addition to issuing clearing title issues with the seller to issuing a clear title policy to the purchaser and/or lender.
