I truly enjoy working in Real Estate because it is always changing. I'm always getting an opportunity to work with new people, in different markets, buying and selling different types of homes. I believe the role of a Real Estate Agent is to guide buyers and sellers through a process where they dont't know what they don't know. Through experience I have learned to prevent bad situations before they happen. In a day and age where lenders are creating more hoops to jump through then ever it is our job to prepare buyers and sellers for those hoops before they are encountered. My business is built on the premise that happy clients generate future clients.
I help clients throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota communities. I work and reside in Maple Grove, MN so I spend the majority of my time in the northwest suburbs. I have helped my clients buy and sell over 250 homes which translates to a lot of experience. A portion of my business has been dedicated to foreclosures even before foreclosures dominated the market. I have represented investors, corporations as well as friends and family looking to buy their first home.
