My wife and I and our 3 children moved here over 7 years ago and instantly fell in love with the beauty and Aloha Kauai has to offer. My main focus in real estate has been in residential although I have done some comercial real estate as well. In addition to representing Sellers and buyers in the sales and purchases of single family homes, condominiums and vacant land I currently am a listing agent for several of the large banks and foreclosure companies so have a very good understanding of the REO (Real Estate Owned) market. I ahave been deeply involved in the Short Sale market as well, and have successfully helped many buyers and sellers navigate this complicated yet essential part of the Real Estate market. I have my SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) Designation and continue to educate my self on the ditressed market portion of the real estate market.
I do work with rellocation companies to help people make the transition from the mainland to Kauai and also investors who are lloking for rental properties and 1031 exchanges.
