We currently operate branch offices in Gresham and Beaverton in Oregon, and Battleground, Washington to serve Vancouver & SW Washington. We recently started www.pacificflat-fee.com to offer tremendous cost savings in sales costs to our customers. We also recently acquired www.GreshamProperties.com to emphasize our local involvement in the local market. Gresham is where we sponsor Little League, and other youth activities. This year we had the 13 year old girls softball little league team.
I have been a full time professional in real estate since 1986, beginning my career with CENTURY 21 Two Rivers Realty in St. Maries, Idaho. Currently, I own and operate Real Estate Online, Realtors, a webcyntric "click & mortar company" providing brokerage services to professionals and real estate services to the public. We have several innovative services, including a complete online transaction management system for our affliates and clients.
I am an approved Educator for all Oregon Real Estate Topics from Pre-License to the advanced curriculum including Advanced Real Estate Practices, and Brokerage Aministration and Sales Supervision (required to become a managing broker). I was the past live lecture instructor at ProSchools for all their advanced curriculum. I now offer all topics online through our company website @ http://www.realest8online.com.
I have held several consulting positions for regualtory compliance matters and brokerage set up/ start up in Oregon since 2004.
From 2002 to 2004 , I had the distinct pleasure of learning the law in Mexico and working with a long time friend on the "Builder of Dreams" projects developing single family residential lots, for the growing expat market in the Puerto Vallarta and Mexican Riviera of the Pacific.
From 1997 to 2001, I was the Director of Sales and Marketing and consultant to a multi office real estate franchise operation in the Midwest. We currently have offices in Gresham, Clackamas, Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Cave Junction. We are considering several other locations in the states of Oregon & Washington.

We utilize the Internet and other modern tools to improve efficiency & reduce overhead for our affiliated brokers. This also provides for flexibility in the pricing and increases the level of professional real estate services we provide to the public. We recently implemented a flat fee alternative to our fee structure to offer approx 50% savings in selling costs to our sellers that choose that service and succeed in selling their house.
