Managed the statewide marketing for the largest, publicly-held, homebuilder in Colorado.  Successfully led sales and marketing efforts to closings averaging over 1,500 homes per year for three consecutive years. 

Developed a multitude of marketing campaigns that successfully drove traffic and sales to over 25 new home communities throughout Colorado.

Negotiated and purchased more than $3 million in television, radio, online, print, outdoor, & special events media and garnered over $500,000 in value added media placement.  Directed all the scheduling of the media buys to effectively penetrate the target market.
