I have been listing and selling real estate since 1989.  I am a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI)  I am one of the founding  members of Monterey Peninsula Womens Council of Realtors (WCR).  I am a member of the Salinas Chamber of Commerce.  Most of my business comes from referrals of friends, family, and lenders, and Realtors.  I pay 26% referral fee to Realtors sending me referrals.
