Hey! My name is Mary Ferguson. I am an Elite Realtor with Valor RealEstate, GA.  After ten years in the apartment industry, I finally decided to let go of the boss, guaranteed paycheck, benefits, and stress that came with an hourly job and pursue my dream career in Real Estate.  Best decision I have ever made!! I absolutely love what I do, and I am happiest when I know I helped a homeowner through the stress of selling a home, and a buyer find their dream home. For me, it's not about commission, but about serving others instead.  I specialize in the Northeast GA area, including N. Gwinnett County, S. Hall County, Jackson County, and Barrow County.  I continue to constantly educate myself to stay up to date on the most recent news or changes in short sales, foreclosures, retail sales, marketing, and new technology.  I have a passion for real estate and helping others understand the market as well as how I can help them. 

I am also a wife, mother, and hold a B.S. Degree in Real Estate Studies, to name only a few more "hats" I wear.  When I am not working (which, I do not consider to be "work" at all), I love to spend time with my family and be active trying something new, hanging out at Lake Lanier or a friend's pool, attending church and small groups, shopping, and testing my creativity through minor craft projects (I'm into making hair bows for my daughter right now).  I am originally from Dearborn, MI. My extended family migrated from MI to FL and some of them graduated from the University of Florida. So, I am a MI Wolverines fan (GO BLUE!) and a FL Gators fan. But, I still enjoy an Atlanta Braves game and Detroit Red Wings hockey.

God is the #1 priority in my life, and always will be. Without Him, I would not be successful in real estate.  I serve others for God through real estate as well as volunteering my time and efforts at church, KW Cares for Kids, and whatever other random events strike my interest. I am here to help. I am not a high-pressure or aggressive sales person. I beleive in building a rapport with everyone I meet and the sales part of it will come naturally, if the other party is interested.
