Tracy is a native of North Carolina and grew up enjoying the wonderful lakes of the Catawba river with her family. She currently resides in Denver, NC with her husband and four children. Tracy has a passion for lake life and the surrounding communities. She developed an aspiration for real estate at a young age while renovating and building homes with her parents. Tracy graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She majored in Marketing and started her successful career in sales and marketing. Tracy decided to pursue her love of real estate and obtained her NC Broker’s license in 2003. She has received numerous awards including a distinguished Rookie of the Year honor. Tracy has chaired and served on various realtor association committees over the years. She is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Tracy is communicative, thorough, and dedicated to her clients. In her spare time, you will find Tracy with family and friends, volunteering at local schools and church, enjoying her children’s sporting events, or on the lake.
