One of the most important skills to have is listening. If you don’t know what someone wants, how can you know they will be happy? My focus is to make sure you will be happy. I know it is a cliché but it is true, “it pays to listen.”  With friends, family and especially in business. With over 20 successful years of customer service experience, I know how to listen.

Having grown up in Snohomish County, I have a sense of community pride. The beauty of the area is unsurpassed. I know that that is just one persons opinion, but having traveled around the country, there is no other place I would rather be. That is why I moved back here from frigid plains of the Midwest.  

I am married with three awesome kids. We like to go for bike rides in the Lake Stevens area. We camp, hike and love to partake in the grandness that is the Pacific Northwest. I can’t say enough about what an amazing place Washington and Snohomish County it is to live.
