If you are looking to buy a home, I highly recommend Katie Fedak. Katie worked tirelessly - 7 days a week and what seemed like 24 hours a day - to help me and my family purchase our first home 2 weeks ago. Although we are now in a home we love, I will tell you that the process was not without its fair share of challenges. Katie is a consummate professional and took it all in stride. She was my greatest advocate, cheerleader and sometimes therapist. She thoroughly explained anything I was unsure about and always responded to me timely.
