Get to know Lo Jensen

A Western Washington native and a daughter of a Commercial Fisherman, Jo Jensen understands the area and it's    waterfront byways.

Jo has spent her entire adult life working and assisting people in a number of ways. Her people career began as a Social Worker, during which time she was also an adoptive and foster care parent.  She then made the move into Sales and Marketing for major corporations.  Her varied experiences included; "road warrior",  production manager and sales manager.

The skills Jo has obtained and honed in the past forty years in the work force enable her to represent clients in the best ways possible.  She has not only the business strength to negotiate effectively, she also possesses the discipline to listen to her client's wants and needs.  In addition, she cares enough to follow up even after the transaction is complete.

It seems the "old work ethic" does live on.

As you may or may not know, a Real Estate transaction consists of several steps.  This is where a strong team can be extremely helpful in achieving the best results with the least amount of error.  Jo's team consists of a lender, a title and escrow company and an assistant, Terri Enloe.

If not, she will research the need and provide the information in a most timely fashion.

Jo feels the key to a smoother Real Estate transaction is knowledge. Well informed clients make the best Real Estate decisions, therefore creating a successful Real Estate experience.

It's easy to sell what is visual, but much harder to sell what requires imagination and knowledge. Jo has sold large and small plots of land taking them from "dirt" to a finished product. She spends time staying current with zoning, and land use changes to maximize value for her clients.

Jo has been working with new construction since she built her first home, as a single woman, in 1978. She has sold over 100 new homes, most from the ground up.  Jo designed and has been the General Contractor on the construction of her personal home. She also oversaw the remodel of a 1968's home taking it to a retro modern classic.
