For years I have been honing my natural talent for "finding" things for my friends and associates. Everything from cars to bikes to houses and lots of things in between. They wanted them, and I found them. They called me The Find it Guy.

And I'm no stranger to challenge, either. Competing successfully on 24 hour mountain bike teams gave me real insight into the importance of planning, strategy and persistence to achieving goals. Today, the bike teams have changed, but the effort remains. The same determination and discipline I take to the weekly time trials on my road bike, I'll bring to your search for a home or a buyer.
