The Kim Tokar Team was formed in 2005 at Long & Foster Real Estate in Yardley, PA. In 2005 Kim partnered with Joel Gruenke who came to Pennsylvania from Weichert Realtors in Hamilton, NJ. We quickly became the top producing team in the office. In 2009 we moved to the leading office in Bucks County, Keller Williams Real Estate in Langhorne. Even in the midst of a difficult real estate market, the Kim Tokar Team continued to grow by adding Sharon DeBernardo and then Deb McFadden as seasoned buyer's agents and Tricia Bunn as our assistant. Keller Williams Real Estate in Langhorne, PA is the number one office in Bucks County in both dollar volume and sales units. The Kim Tokar Team has served many happy clients and is well known throughout the area as one of the finest full service real estate teams.
