Hello! I work for LandmarQ Lending in Downtown Minneapolis as a Mortgage Planner. I have been in the mortgage industry helping people and families create a unique plan for their current situation for about 4 years. I personally believe in just that, "Creating a plan, not just a rate", and deliver on that to each and every one of my prospective customers and referral sources to ensure success.
I have invested in certain proprietary tools and systems that I personally prepare and present to the customer upon meeting with them personally, or if need be via email. These are personalized and detailed plans and programs for each customer to chose from so they are picking the correct plan, not GFE's from a broker!
One of the things I pride myself on is making my Realtors look great in front of their buyers throughout each step of the home buying process. The Realtors that I work with have a customized "Mortgage Concierge" that they email or print out for their buyers who need to find a lender to work with and right off the bat when that buyer sees my mortgage concierge it is like nothing that they have ever seen before from any lender, guaranteed! This lets that buyer know they are working with a top-tier professional Realtor that treats the home-buying process completely different than many others in the field. From that point on I am constantly making that Realtor look great throughout the process. After I send the pre-approval notification, I meet with each buyer face to face and develop a specific plan tailored to that client's goals, dreams, and values to ensure satisfaction in the process. All the while, the borrower, BOTH agents, and all necessary parties are kept in the loop via automated loan updates so they can focus their time on generating new business instead of wondering where the loan process is at, we have received phenomenal feedback in regards to this.
