Blaine DeVoy joined HKI Building Inspections in January 2007 as a residential inspection specialist after completing the home inspection course at Tacoma Community College and underwent extensive field training, including one hundred mentored inspections.  Blaine now specializes in inspecting single-family homes, condominium units, townhouses, and new construction. 

Blaine has committed himself to continuing education through instructional seminars and workshops.  Recent subjects include tankless water heaters and plumbing issues, residential roofing, and earthquake preparedness.  To further his strength in environmental issues, Blaine has completed courses in water conservation, water auditing, and solar panel installation requirements. 

As a lifelong Puget Sound area resident, Blaine’s hiking and outdoor activities in Western Washington has deepened his appreciation of the region’s natural beauty and unique climatic conditions.  When it comes to inspecting Northwest homes, he thoroughly understands the environmental forces that affect the buildings in this area. 

Blaine serves all areas of the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula including Sequim, Port Angeles, Port Townsend, and Forks, as well as North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Silverdale.
