Member of TPCAR, NAR and NWMLS, all standard orgs to be a member of as a Realtor. Taken a lot of classes from NWMLS. Pride myself on being thorough in research and doing my job to the best of my ability. I am not afraid to stay in one area of Washington state. My company has limitless opportunity all across the nation. I can build an organization that is nation-wide while concentrating on sales and listing here in WA. State. I plan on getting my first GRI cert this December (2007) and then I will work on the E-PRO designation.
I feel that the internet is the big marketing opportunity and E-PRO will help me market myself and any listings I get more effectively. As my descripton stated, our sister company is NLC (National Lending Corporation). I am also a loan officer with NLC, so I can get a client pre-qualified, get a loan commitment and then find a home for him. NLC works with over 300 financial institutions nation-wide and is licensed to operate in 47 states so far.
My passion is to help all the renters out there to realize home ownership with a comfortable mortgage payment and loan. I am realistic about home prices and will work with the client to achieve a best fit for him or her. My ethical background prevents me from suggesting a home that is out of a clients price range.
I make mistakes because I am new in the industry, but I learn from my mistakes very quickly. I have a quality skill set from previous jobs as an Electronics Engineer that will serve my clients quite well. I excel in customer service and hold close to the belief that the customer is always right. I have great organizational skills and my engineering background has made me a very detail oriented individual.
As I grow with more training and experience, I see myself becoming a greater asset to the clients that will need a Realtor and/or a mortgage broker.
Currently, my areas of expertise do not extend very far. I am a general RE practitioner with limited experience. I am working primarily in the residential sector, listing and selling single and multi-family homes.
New Realtor with a fairly new company. HLR is a RE company with a networking back end. No agent fees, get others to join and earn residual income. NLC is the mortgage arm. Can join and earn money.
