I am a full time agent with Coldwell Banker Diamond. I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. My parents always thought I should go into the health care field so that I could help people. Little did they, or I, know I would be able to help people doing real estate. It is very satisfying to help people achieve their dreams. Seeing my clients faces when we walk away from the settlement table is heart warming and gratifying.
I have earned my ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative designation and my GRI - Graduate of the Realtors Institute designation. These designations required me to take and pass several real estate specific courses increasing my knowledge of the industry and specific situations within the real estate transaction. I am a true believer in learning something new everyday. That's one of the great things about Real estate, there is always something new to learn.

I enjoy working with everyone. I am not afraid of "difficult" people and enjoy the challenge they put before me.
I like working with First Time Homebuyers and Homesellers. I understand they may need more time and counseling than someone who has purchased or sold a home before. I make myself available to them and take my time explaining the process of and paperwork for buying/selling a home. I understand it can be a scary time and promise to be patient and sensitive to their specific needs.
