HOME BUYER EXPERTS was formed as a response to a growing number of requests from clients for assistance in the process of qualifying, selecting, and financing home purchases.  The issues were many and varied.Questions like:What can I afford without strapping myself?How do taxes work when I purchase a home?What is the best way to get a home    ie: purchase an existing home, build, remodel, etc.?How do I make an offer?What is the best mortgage financing?What do I need to do to make the move?    As we reflected on these issues, we recognized that there was a need for two different sets of people to do the work. Realtors® were able to find houses and complete necessary paperwork for the buyer.  However, there was a piece of the process that had not been explored: financial consultation. To truly look out for the best interest of our clients, we felt there was a need for professional financial advisors to work on the initial stage of the process and the financing stage of the process to ensure our clients were not getting in over their heads, and to help clear up any credit/budget issues that were present. This allows us to facilitate a much smoother and hassle free transaction for our clients.
