Michelle was raised in a military family and truely understands the challenges of moving. While growing up she lived in California, Georgia, Virginia, Hawaii and Idaho. After high school, she served four years in the Army in the military intelligence division. During this time she served in South Carolina, Florida and Texas. After her term, Michelle joined her father in the real estate business in 1994. She also pursued an education at both the University of Washington (Seattle) and Washington State University (Tri-Cities Branch) business schools. In 2006 she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Magna Cum Laude.  Michelle brings her passion and skill in applying technology to marketing and customer service for The Havre Team. 

Michelle has an enthusiasm for continuing education and enjoys attending various real estate conferences and classes. In 2001, Michelle completed her training and requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and graduated from Howard Brinton’s Star Power Buyer Specialization course. Michelle has also earned the Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation. In 2004 Michelle earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.In 2010, she earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
