One of Harley's most recent projects, Canyon Creek Ranch in Idaho, 60 room Guest Ranch, 400 houses and a 4000 acre forest permit. This project is a planned unit development which includes lots for 400 homes, as well as a 60 room guest ranch and over 15 acres of incidental commercial property. Canyon Creek Ranch is located in the Greater Yellowstone Eco System on Highway 33 between Driggs and Rexburg.
Harley puts his experience to work for others to help them make informed decisions about buying and/or selling. Harley services Teton Valley (Idaho) and the Jackson Hole (Wyoming) areas, as well as Idaho's upper valley area including Rexburg, St. Anthony, Ashton and Island Park.As an investor, Harley has done several 1031 exchanges, made farm and ranch acquisitions, and built several commercial and industrial buildings. As a developer, Harley has worked with some of the top professionals in land planning and wildlife biology. He has collaborated with land trust companies, acquiring knowledge about conservation easements. Harley has developed commercial, industrial, residential and planned unit developments. As a builder, Harley has managed the creation of many new construction buildings, as well as recycled old structures. As a Broker, I am active in the Real Estate Business. I am licensed in both Idaho and Wyoming, I am full time and leading Teton Valley Sales for 2011.

I grew up in Northern Arizona in ranching country on a small working ranch.
I moved to Teton Valley Idaho to spend a summer over 20 years ago and made this my home.
I spent over 10 years as a concrete contractor and home builder with projects in Jackson Wyoming and Southeastern Idaho.
In 2000 I started investing in commercial and industrial buildings and development.
Just before the crash of the market in 2008 I invested in and took the developemnt lead in a wonderful project -Canyon Creek Ranch, a 2600 acre Planned Unit Development with 400 building sites, a 60 room guest rand and 1800 acres of open space. This project was held up by local advacacy groups as a model for development in the West.
