I worked for several years in medical sales, all the while renovating and restoring homes. I finally decided to make my avocation my vocation six years ago and have been a full-time, full-service agent since then. I cover the entire Triangle and sell homes from condos to historic plantations. Yes, this puts a lot of miles on my car, but this area is not just one town. We are a conglomerate of small towns and cities. Newcomers and current residents alike often change locations depending on the jobs or schools to which they must commute. Folks who are retiring or working from home have many, many choices and I want to fulfill their wants and needs. Therefore I keep up with the area generally and research particular areas for every client. This is true whether they are buying or selling.
