Golf makes a comeback in the Triangle AreaThe early to mid 2000s seemed to indicate fewer people were interested in golf due to video games, phones, and media. Golf homes weren't in as high of a demand. Gold memberships were down and golf courses were shutting down, being sold or facing bankruptcy. Then, Covid hit and the shutdown sent people spiraling. Almost anything outdoors with social distancing was desirable again. Even homes that backed to walking trails were in high demand.
