Peter Mannarino peter joined the United States Navy as an Airman on the U.S.S. Ranger CV-61 based out of Coronado California upon graduating college. Upon being honorably discharged from the Navy, Peter began his recruiting career. Peter Mannarino offers over 17 years experience with regards to Executive Recruitment experience.
Peter has experience recruiting in both a corporate role and agency settings. After parting ways with AT&T Peter decided to remain in the corporate recruiting and take another role as a Recruiting Manager with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, and was responsible for recruiting all sales and operational positions for multiple locations in South Florida from Palm Beach to Miami, to the west coast.
Peter went on to establishing Prolink International LLC which is a premiere global Contingency Executive search firm based out of Royal Palm Beach Florida. As President and Managing partner of Prolink International, Peter has had much success supporting the needs of fortune 100 to 500 companies. Peter has traveled domestically as well as abroad on behalf of his clients to procure the right talent for their companies.
As evidence by this history Peter is a local and national, & global expert in various types of recruiting. Peter’s background also encompasses successful and very creative passive sourcing techniques, and has significant experience with diversified skill sets such as Six sigma, engineering, financial, marketing, process improvement, sales, service and more. Peter has been featured in the “South Florida Business Journal” for his efforts with regards to his recruiting diversity candidates.
Peter’s attention to detail was learned early in the Navy. He now brings that talent to his clients on a national basis.
