Altough times are tough, It is a great time to buy! The prices and Interest rates a phenomenal! But of coarse not every body has the cash up front to do this. In Hemet for instance we have program called NPHS that assist buyers with $10,000 to $30,000 in down payment assistance and closing cost assistance.
