| It is my great pleasure to have an opportunity to write this review for our Realtor, Daniel Dailey from John L Scott real estate. We were pleased with all his efforts and the time he devoted with us and are very satisfied with the home we recently purchased. He is a professional, efficient and knowledgeable Realtor. The property listings he provided were complete and easy to understand. We felt like he considered our needs first and willingly devoted his weekends and extra time to work on our behalf whenever requested. Though he was busy he would respond to our requests immediately. We felt he was honest and truthful throughout our buying process and followed through on what he promised. He is the most responsible realtor I have ever worked with and will strongly recommend him to my friends. | Closing on our new house was seamless. Daniel was not pushy about any part of the process and wanted to make sure we were happy with the deal we were making. He knows the market in Spokane very well and was able to make an offer that was very reasonable and competative. We would recommend Daniel to our friends and family without hesitation. |

| Choosing Daniel as our realtor to help us buy our first home was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Daniel is very professional, easy (and fun!) to work with and he really understands the market, especially in Spokane. One of my favorite things I loved about working with Daniel is that he made buying a house a learning experience. He took the time to explain everything to us. When we made our first offer on a house, he sat down with us and explained every document that we had signed so it was clear to us what we were signing. He is very thorough, we never felt rushed. All of our questions were answered. We never felt pressured into buying a home. We couldn't be happier! I always felt like he gave us honest advice and that we could trust him. Daniel is someone who I would definitely use again, when the time comes. |
