The Cynda Sells Realty Group formed as an independent company in December 2011. After 18 years in the business I decided to break away from the herd and become my own boss. As the Broker/Owner I pride myself on my comittment to my client as always and the reputaion of my company. As an independent I have to stand out in the crowd and the way to do that is to not be complacent and satisfied with that just comes my way but make the effort to prove to my present and future clients that we are really here to serve. It has been a difficult 4 years for many and we are beginning to see a recovery, but it is still critical to be aware and on top of the constant changes in the real estate industry.
Everyday we face a new rule or regulation that government entities impose. Lenders, REALTORS and title companies must be comply with these new rules. Being abreast of any changes allows us to make sure our clients are represented and informed so they may make the right choices in buying and selling a home. We have spent almost 20 years making sure that we are on the cutting edge of technology and practices which continue to inform and advise, negotiate and represent the best interests of our clients. That is why most of our business comes from referral and repeat clients. They know and trust us because they know we put them first and foremost.

Our team of 3 buyers agents work countless hours to find the perfect home for their buyers. They advise them as to where to find the perfect home that finds the client's wants and needs. They are top megotiators to get the buyers the best deal possible. Our agents take the buyer from start to finish. We will help the buyer find financing if needed or if credit is not quite perfect, we have affliations with credit consultants to break through red tape and get the buyer credit worthy again.
Cynda is the lisitng agent for the team and uses her expertise to advise her seller clients as to the best marketing and pricing strategies to find qualified buyers for their home. She is in constant contact with her clients keeping them informed on what buyers are saying about their home after showings and advising them on changes that may need to be made to maximize dollars and sell quickly.
Cynda Sells Realty Group boasts 2 admin members that work on each file to make sure all contracts are compliant with state statutes and prepared for closing. A full time marketing expert works daily on sending out to the world information to attract buyers for our listings.
