Hi, my name is Chuck and I was born and raised in Bremerton, Wa. After serving 22 years in the United States Marine Corps I returned to Bremerton in June of 2000 to give back to the community that care so much about.
I can assure you that honesty and accuracy will be my highest priorities when I serve as your loan officer. No surprises at the closing table! I believe in integrity at the highest level. l enjoy educating my clients about the mortgage process so they feel informed and secure in the financial decision they're making. It is my goal to be a resource for my clients as well as for their friends and families. I spend time getting to know each of my clients and determining which loan program best meets their needs. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. I also specialize in purchases and refinances offering financing for conventional, VA and FHA loans. I have decided to run my business exclusively by referral. This approach allows me to do a better job working for my clients because I will not be wasting valuable time and resources doing things like: cold calling, door knocking, direct mail, etc. All I ask is that if you know someone who is looking for the personal attention that I provide and who would appreciate this kind of service please send them my way.
