When you make the decision to sell your home, this is the time to stage it. Getting ready to list your house or just make it more clutter-free and organized, I can help! No need to stress over "what to do" I will come in with an eye for depersonalizing and neutralizing but never cookie-cutter or in any way boring. It is my desire to streamline and de-stress your journey to the sale of your house. The goal of my service is to make buyers fall in love with your home!
Together we can determine the level of staging required. There is no pressure - we can work with what you've got already in many cases.
At the end of the consultation you will have a detailed "to-do" list for you to complete yourself or I will be happy to help complete. We will have defined each rooms' purpose and exactly what each room requires. I will definitely work within your budget, all that means is you do more of the work yourself! [wink] All joking aside, I take the handling of your home very seriously. Your precious home will be marketed as a beautiful product that buyers will fall in love with. Creating the emotional connection is key.

Home Staging and Redesign, lived in or vacant. I will do as little or as much as you are willing to prepare your house for sale. I will be happy to shop for you and pick up accessories to perfect the look if you don't have those items.
Before and After staging:
Do you own a bathroom like this one? Dated mauve/pink tiles...wallpaper that has seen a better day? Black and silver toned it down and made it livable. If changing the outdated tile isn't in the budget, there are other ways to downplay dated finishes. Staging is all about using color, style and balance.
Buyers just love a romantic master bedroom! This was a vacant house.
Items in this guest bedroom were already in the homeowner's possession. Fresh wall color, wall art and a lamp were added.
Home Staging - The art form of preparing a house to sell. Using creativity to lighten, brighten, de-clutter, and bring in the right balance of furnishings to appeal to the widest buyer audience.
