Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin, I am the broker at Foundation Homes Property Management. I consult with incoming property management clients, and help our clients sell their rentals for top dollar when the time comes to sell.

After five years developing the Marin County business for San Francisco leasing company my wife and I founded Foundation Homes Property Management, and together with our team of executive property managers and leasing agents, we focus on serving the Bay Area rental and investment market. Our agents work together as a team and we specialize in managing and renting homes, condos and apartments, working with both landlords and tenants alike.
Over the past nine years my wife and I have focused our energy on building our business around mid-to high-end residential leasing from Novato to Sausalito. Utilizing our local knowledge of Marin rentals and the sales market and our ability to educate today's savvy renters on location and value, we give all of our owners the aggressive exposure for their property they need to stay competitive in our current market.

Marin County is a special place. I should know: I've spent over 40 years here. Each city has its own unique energy and people flock to our county knowing that they can land live in a great area, send their kids to a good school, be close to San Francisco and the East Bay for work and enjoy local getaways in Napa and Sonoma or cruise Mt. tam on their bike on the weekends.
As a team, my company and I work every end of the Marin county rental market from on bedroom apartments for $15,000 to high-end executive rentals for $8,000-$20,000 a month.
That being said, most of the properties we rent in Marin are single family homes in Southern Marin ranging between $3,000 and $12,00 per month. These areas of Marin County attract families with their award-winning school districts, though tenants of all types are drawn to Southern Marin for the warm climate, reasonable San Francisco commute and countless outdoor activities.
Of course, there is something to be said about Northern Marin too. In Northern Marin towns, families can get large gorgeous homes and enjoy the same amenities Central and Southern Marin residents do at a fraction of the price. Novato, for example has a lot of new construction homes on large lots in up and coming communities. San Rafael and Terra Linda have fantastic recreation areas and in some areas offer the Dixie School district which will provide parents with a great public school system for their children.
