I am a Principal Broker/Realtor, full-time, full-service and well-seasoned (licensed in 2006). I handle everything from the beginning to the close of your transaction: Preparation and research, negotiation, advertising, networking.
If your home is on the market with me, I'm working to sell it every day. I believe in seeking out your buyer rather than waiting for your buyer to come to you. Ask me how!
If you're a buyer, my job is to get you the best possible deal. I don't stop at what's listed, but look beyond the obvious to find the property you're looking for.
If you're a seller, my job is to protect your interests and assure that your property fetches the highest price it can in the shortest possible time.
I am in constant communication with my clients. You never have to wonder what's going on with your transaction.
Lastly, honesty: You can trust me to be truthful about the market -- the good and the bad -- and how it relates to your goals. You can expect me not just to tell you what I think but why -- You will see the raw data for yourself. Why? Because my aim is not just the successful conclusion of this one deal, but to gain your business --and your friendship -- for years to come.
I handle all kinds of real estate, from typical suburban properties to executive homes. Acreage properties, whether horse/alpaca properties, vineyard land or hazelnut orchards, are a speciality of mine. I also buy and sell small acreages, where the attraction is not the cultivation of the land, but peaceful space and scenery.
