I started Attorneys Advantage Realty after becoming frustrated with many new agents that were flooding the real estate market in my area during 2002-2005.  I am a practicing attorney and I value the "biggest legal & financial transaction of a person's lifetime".  As a former Active Duty Army JAG Officer, I pride myself in providing the zealous advocacy, negotiation skills, and legal representation any Buyer or Seller can obtain without any attorney fees. 

My formal education and practical experience affords me the unique ability to teach CEU's (Continuing Education Units) to local agents.

As the founding member, I have two very relevant advanced degrees.  I have a Juris Doctor degree (law degree) and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.  Education provides me the unique ability to properly advise and answer legal and tax questions that arise in all real estate transactions.

As a settlement attorney, I have the unique perspective of the settlement table, which is the obvious goal of all real estate transactions.  That allows me to both spot and trouble shoot issues miles in advance so that my buyer and seller clients are prepared and can optimize the results of any given situation.
