I have over 20 years in the Real Estate business, not just as a Realtor.  I started out entering 1003's into the computer.  For anyone who doesn't know what a 1003 is, it is the form number for a mortgage application.  As the years progressed, so did my career.  I spent many years as a lender. (working for banks who provided loans for borrowers).  One of my favorite parts of that job was reading property appraisals. I also spent my evening hours taking courses in interior decorating, and I obtained several certifications.  One day I realized I wanted to be on the front side of the home buying experience, so I went back to school and became a Realtor.  This has given me the opportunity to help people find their dream homes, or dream vacation spots.  I have made Ocean Ridge my focus because I live here and love it so much, I want to share this town with other coastal lovers.  You see, I once lived up North and loved Florida.  After many years of talking about it, I purchased a condo in Ocean Ridge.  Initially I started out as a "snowflake" (snowbirds come to Florida several months out of the year whereas snowflakes visit on a weekend basis).  Very quickly I discovered I loved Florida too much to leave it, so I made it my home.  All my life I have wanted to live by the coast, smelling the salt air, swimming in the ocean (in warm water),  waking up in the morning to a sunrise on the beach.  What a life! Being in, near or on the water is magical.  I like to give others the opportunity to do the same.  If it is a coastal environment you are after, I am just the person to find it for you.  All the years experience I have working for lenders has given me a great education in the Real Estate market, as well as a strong work ethic.  I listen to a person's needs and desires in a home search and I set out to find their dream home.
