Lenn Harley posted a re-blog recently: Open houses - Stop lying to your client in response to an anti-open house blog that accused agents that do open houses of lying to their clients. I left a comment with 20 reasons why open houses work in Manhattan. There have been many of these angry anti-open house blogs lately and it's really getting OLD! Enough already!
Open Houses work in many markets. So rather than arguing why open houses work, this post is about how to make open houses work.
