Southern Texas is being reported as "critical" when referring to lack of rainfall and in our Lake Areas we are experiencing one of the worst droughts in recent history! The University of Lincoln, Nebraska publishes a DROUGHT MONITOR that shows us to be in the Highest Level of Drought. They have labeled us "EXCEPTIONAL".
