  In Texas, things that are permanently affixed to a home, such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and window blinds, must stay with the house when it is sold, unless the item is specifically excluded in the sales contract. That seems simple enough, but there is a gray area that could be confusing if the listing agent does not spell it out in the listing. The Texas Residential Sales Contract specifies several items that must be conveyed with the home, unless they are excluded. Sangria Wine From The Fruit of the Vine I read a great article by The Cork Guy, “Under the Spanish Influence” which included how to make Sangria wine. While there are many variations on how to make Sangria Wine below is the recipe on how to make Sangria Tinto. I am going to make it today for dinner tonight.   The Cork Guy did suggest that if you make Sangria Wine not to let temptation frame you into buying the cheapest wine for your sangria, but instead buy one that you would drink normally.
