Addison Pacesetters Get an Update on Vitruvian Park at Dunn Bros. Coffeehouse. Addison Pacesetters (Addison, Texas residents 50+ years of age) meet the first Wednesday of each month at Dunn Bros. Coffeehouse on Belt Line Road and learn about the Town of Addison. This month, Tom Lamberth, UDR's lead developer for Vitruvian Park, spoke to us. Vitruvian Park is the redevelopment project in Addison, Texas just northwest of LBJ & the Tollway.  Savoye, the first phase of the residential element of the Vitruvian Park project, is now about 50% occupied. The ground-breaking for Savoye II, the second phase (of six planned phases) at the 100 acre new urban neighborhood and master planned community, has occurred. There will be 352 apartment homes and 28,140 square feet of retail in Phase II.  Vitruvian Park includes office, restaurant, retail and living space - all eventually connected by a lush, 12-acre park and spring-fed creek, now under construction.  There will be  2 vehicular bridges and 2 pedestrian bridges in the development, along with two more parks and connections to a trail for walking and biking.
