Avalon Farms Community Of Mason Ohio 45036 Avalon Farms is a community that could be missed if you're not careful.  While it has all the features many Mason area home buyers would want, it has something that throws off many home searches:  the address!  While Avalon Farms is a Mason Schools and Mason city limits, its zip code is NOT 45040 but 45036, which is normally associated with Lebanon communities!  Avalon Farms is located just off SR741 north of the Rt. 42 intersection, and don't let the map fool you, the connection to Bunnell Road is gated and locked shut, the entrance on SR741 is your only entrance!
