Sometimes we consult the clouds to figure out what the weather condition will be.  This is not an exact science however we do it anyway.Here is an example of one of those times we will propably get it right.  The dark ominous clouds is almost a sure sign there will be a thunderstorm.At times this is a better way of forecasting the weather, than checking it online. 11/18/2015

The crops have been harvested and the fields will lay bare until the next growing season.  The snow clad Catskill Mountains and even the sky gives every indication that winter is just around the corner. This was the scene looking towards Budds Corner,  Red Hook NY.   This street has several farms and is always a place of much activity   Some of the fresh produce you get in NYC originates here. 12/14/2014
