Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet or hail shall keep me from my scheduled open house!One might think the dead of winter in the Northeast with a looming storm might not be the best time to hold an open house. I beg to differ! I held one Sunday and while it wasn't as busy as I would have liked, people still showed up. All of the other agents in the community canceled their scheduled open houses.... Perhaps they forgot we live in New England?! The only challenge I encountered was that parking was a little tricky due to the record falling amounts of snow which has been dumped on us over the past few weeks! My feeling, if only one person shows up, so be it. After all, you can only have one buyer, right?
