Lakeshore Estates Subdivision in Slidell, LA is a gated waterfront community loacted right off of I-10 just minutes for downtown New Orleans.  All homes sit on large lots and extra large navigable waterways leading to Lake Pontchartrain. The architecture is mostly made up of French, contemporary, Mediterranean and Traditional one and two level homes. They range in size from approximately 2300sqft to 7000sqft. Lakeshore Estates is a boaters paradise with its quick access to the lake.  Its one of the newest most upscale waterfront communities in Slidell.  With it being such a new development the elevation is much higher which reduces the risk of flooding.   School- Abney Elementary, St. Tammany Jr. High & Salmen High School
