Top 5 Safety Tips as School Starts   Sarasota County schools start this week; Sheriff Tom Knight is advising drivers and school children to follow the top 5 safety tips to prevent unnecessary accident and injury.    1.   Any adults who drive children to school are encouraged to leave home early to avoid heavy traffic. 2.   Drivers of all ages should watch for children in school zones and bus stop areas. 3.   All vehicles must stop when the school bus lights are flashing and the sign is out.
