As the real estate market of South Florida continues to recuperate from the crash of 2007, it seems as a never ending story of new luxury high rise projects popping up all over Miami once again. The Related Group is proposing the 26th new high rise tower according to a new report from Miacondo.com. According to released marketing literature, the new project will be called Hyde Beach Resort, towering at 41 stories and a whopping 407 condo and condo-hotel style properties.
