Wal-Mart Supercenter Has Won the Battle and Will Open in Redlands, CA   Wal-Mart officials announced Monday that Judge Donald Alvarez of San Bernardino County Superior Court has ruled that Walmart can proceed with the building and opening of a Super Center Wal-Mart in Redlands, CA.     In November 2012, the Redlands Good Neighbor Coalition had filed a lawsuit to stop the opening of a supercenter in the city. The coalition felt the supercenter giant would ruin the small town feel and hurt local businesses already established. Another reason for the lawsuit was the environmental impact on the area which could cause threats to the wildlife.   Wal-Mart was excited about the ruling and will be proceeding with the plans to get the new store built. While on Vacation Bank Foreclosed on Homeowner's House....Wrong House Repo Man went to wrong address on Foreclosure A homeowner from McArthur, Ohio went on a 2 week vacation and when she returned she had been locked out. She crawled through the window and found that all her possessions, furniture and momentos had been removed except for a few broken pieces of furniture left behind. She called the police who took a report but 2 weeks later called to say they had closed the file as the bank had foreclosed on her home! The problem was that the bank who did it, was not her bank. Apparently "First National Bank" ordered a repo company to go out to an address at 509. Instead they arrived at the house on 514.
