How many of you really pay attention to what lives beyond the walls of your home? Let's take La Mirada for instance. Honestly  there is nothing too scary or outrageous as long you understand the rules like dont be feeding them and dont leave your Chiuaua (SP?) outside at night. We have oppossums mostly ( my dogs find them) ; they are basically scavengers and are night dwellers. Squirrels are the cute playful ones; they chase each other and love to tantalize my dogs during the day. They like nuts and fruits.  I guess they know what is healthy! Quite common to see really.  They know how to stay safe as they travel on the wires or leap through trees.  I have actually heard them antagonize the dogs as if to say :HA! you cant get me! There is a fairly small city near Los Angeles that today is about 50,000 residents strong, smack between Whittier, Norwalk and Buena Park.The property values there are fairly constant averaging overall anywhere from 340000-375000 for a 3 bed and 2 bath. La Mirada real estate, not unlike others, can be aided by buyer using a unique offering strategy.  Recent buyers have started offering very large deposits with their offers to purchase homes in La Mirada.  Homes for sale in La Mirada are being lured by a relly big deposit (like $20-30,000) in place of the normal 1 or 2% deposit.  It is really just a lure to be selected by the Seller, seeing large numbers.  The risk to Buyer is fixed at 3% or the earnest money deposit , whichever is less -- in these cases it is still just the 3%, no matter how high the deposits is. La Mirada real estate is just where we have used this strategy most recently - it works in many other areas.
