Fullerton Home Prices   Real estate market data for Fullerton CA provided by Dave Labok of First Team Real Estate. Fullerton Home Prices June 2014   We have seen 6 straight months of listing price fluctuations in the average home prices in Fullerton CA. If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a house in Fullerton but having an experienced real estate agent who understands the market is an absolute must. Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long, many of our listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market, some with multiple offers. As you can see from the graph below, listings are not selling exactly for asking price. To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Fuller...

A recent video on the internet shows the difference a good "For Rent" sign can make for a select property. The sign that was put up in the window of a vacant storefront managed to captivate an audience, drawing attention from just about everybody who passed it. One man even got down on all fours just to take a look at the empty space that recently hit the market. When's the last time a potential buyer did that at one of your listings? The sign was put up in Quebec and created by Niklas Roy.
