I Love Where I Live - Speechless Sundays     Today was a beautiful, Southern California day so we decided to get together with some friends and go down to the tide pools in Corona del Mar.  It's amazing how many little creatures live in the ocean, and we walked with the kids from one pool to another looking for sea life and seeing anemones, crabs and other things. Corona del Mar Christmas Walk | Holiday Festivities in Newport Beach The 34th Annual Corona del Mar Christmas walk was being held today and began at 11am until 4pm. This is a wonderful way to enjoy the Holiday Season and enjoy the food tastings at the different restaurants and live music as well. Hope you had a chance to visit to the Beer and Wine Garden which is located behind Bandera's on Coast Highway, and enjoyed music from one of my favorite bands Pinch Me! There was also children's entertainment including photos with Santa Clause, bouncy houses, bungee jumping, and enjoy holiday characters also. The 51st annual Sandcastle Contest is going to be held this weekend at Corona del Mar. This year's theme is under the sea. This is an amazing contest and the creativity is incredible. The Corona del Mar Sandcastle contest is presented by the Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Every year this incredible event attracts thousands of spectators.
