I recently conducted research on the Sun City Grand market and am sharing my findings since almost every day we hear how bad the real estate market is doing in Surprise Arizona.  This information was obtained from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS). In 2005, there were 746 Sun City Grand homes sold.  Out of the 746 properties, 94 homes were on the golf course, 634 homes were off the golf course and 18 were condos in the La Solana condominium complex.  In 2006, there were 391 Sun City Grand homes sold.  Out of the 391 properties sold, 62 homes were on the golf course, 309 homes were off the golf course and 26 were condos in the La Solana condominium complex.  In 2007, there were 414 Sun City Grand homes sold.  Out of the 414 properties sold, 68 homes were on the golf c... 10/30/2009
