A lot of leftovers walked out the door with the guests...lol

Oh I don't know . . . a month? LOL a lot of stuff is going into the freezer!

I always look forward to turkey sandwiches and warmed up gravy and stuffing.

I have probably more than 3 days of leftovers, but have to have a green chile burrito today..... the other stuff will have to wait!  

Our tradition is turkey on Thanksgiving.  Turkey sandwiches on day 2.  Turkey enchiladas on day 3 and turkey soup on day 4.  By then, the turkey might be gone, but we have even more leftovers. 😃

I have no leftovers. I was a guest at my friend's home. They will be making turkey ala king with their leftovers. I have been invited back to their home on Sunday for another feast.  Nothing goes to waste in their home. Their hearts of full of love, gratitude, and generosity. 

I just finished my wife's Turkey Dinner leftover that she brought home yesterday from "Ruth's Chris".    She's a light eater; there were still 3 pieces of white meat, plus mashed potatoes, dressing, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.   Tasty food!

We have left overs for a couple of days and the rest of the pumpkin pie is in the freezer for future desserts. 

By the way, slices of pumpkin pie and apple pie are fine to be frozen for future use. 

Our leftovers seldom last long.

I have a couple meals worth, not too much though.  Usually just eat it as-is.

Always looked forward to the sandwiches the following days.
Turkey, stuffing, cranberry, mayo. 
But we had honey baked ham this year.
Ham and eggs and grits were todays lunch.

No left overs with out dinner...A

Nope. We went to someone's house this year. I brought dessert. No leftovers which is fine. Although the turkey was exceptionally good this year.

Good to have house guests to continue eating and then taking stuff with them to go.

Leftovers walked out with most guests which I love! There is a little of the turkey left of which I'll make a soup and maybe serve with cornbread.

We ate Thanksgiving Dinner at our daughter's house.  She made plenty of food so we brought home lots of food.  The bulk of it was consumed on Friday and the rest will be eaten today.

They will be gone by today.  And if something gets tossed, it will be tossed into the woods so that a critter can eat it.
