I don't consider it a factor in my real estate business at all and haven't for a good 12 months now.

It was not a factor last year...2020...except for a few that still wear masks even when they are alone...

It is not a factor in my business. 2020 was my best real estate year ever and this one is moving right along. We don't do masks and we don't do fear. And that is literally an aphrodesiac to people coming this way from the sillyass states along the west coast. 

In my state, if the Governator has it his way ... it will always be a part of his over-reaching control and misuse of "power". 

I will make no predictions - the CA Governator keeps moving the target. 

As long as TV stations give Fauci air time!

With this current administration who knows?

I have distanced myself (pun) from this dynamic now and only do the bare minimum required. Everyone is fed-up with this self-imposed burden

Open houses are already back in full swing out here.  Come June 15th, masks will be "required" if anyone has not had the shots, but I doubt there will be any serious enforcement, and open houses will not have any occupancy or sign-in requirements.

It will be a concern/factor for some since many still aren't vaccinated, and people are still getting COVID and winding up in the ER, and dieing. Many businesses ( including mortgage and broker offices, and title companies) are still requiring people to wear masks. I think that will continue for the rest of 2021 at least. Also, sellers are still setting conditions for showing their homes. It doesn't matter what governor's say, each business can set their own guidelines. Doctors, Dentist, and Hospitals here are still requiring patients to have a negative Covid test before they will perform any procedures. No visitors. Our Vet in MD just reinstated curbside service only because someone came in with COVID and employees contracted the virus. A lady in DC and her 1 week old baby just died from COVID. So people should continue be careful about dropping their precautions.

Our mask mandate has been lifted, yet many listing agents are still demanding, gloves, masks, booties and sanitizing.    Hope it is soon!  

The answer is very local. Here, covid is no longer a factor.

I hope that covid is no longer a factor for life in general much sooner than later.

Unfortunately I think it will always be present in one way another due to all the variants and the media keeping it live and well. There are still sellers fearful of letting buyers in their homes even with the Covid protocol we have.

It seriously hasn't been a factor in the Phoenix market for a long time now. Our market kept on going and going and going the entire time...double time, seriously.  That's why I've not been on AR much lately!!

Other than the increased volume and requiring the C.A.R. PEAD form, it has not been a factor in about a year in my business in San Diego. My business functions the same in June 2021 as it did in June 2020 and 99% of June 2019.

Well, it seems to be lightening up here.  The forms were never very present.  Only on a few listings.  Masks yes, but the requests to wear them are going away.

For the most part we are back to normal in Maryland, outside of delays on supplies, builder delivery time on new homes, septic repairs etc..

We never bought into the lie.  So it's not a factor.

I don't find working during the current conditions a problem at all. I do have the covid disclosures & think that is becoming a paperwork joke & nightmare. CYA as always.

Our disclosure is now just one page.  We've stopped using the screening form.  We do whatever a seller requires but it's becoming less and less with each passing day.  Keep washing those hands!

It really hasn't been much of a factor at all except maybe in the earlier times. 

There are personal risk factors for families until all of their children are vaccinated. Expect concerns for the rest of this year.

COVID-19 is not a factor in my business.  It hasn't been for some time.  We have some rules in place due to the pandemic, but we created work arounds and used technology to keep things moving mostly seamlessly along the way.

The 10 TRILLION dollars in debt will not go unnoticed by the USA economy.
Some think 15% minimum tax will be the magic wand.
Realty is the math suggest every tax payer is going to be buried in tax debt as they reduce their spending habits.
Even then, many will still look to government to be the solution to all problems. The resulting socialism WILL have an enduring impact on real estate business.

I don't know about RE business, but the virus is here to stay; we just have to learn to live with it, like with the flu.

Here in NH things are back to normal. Maybe 20% of homes require masks now, most do not. I always as when meeting a client for the first time. I am vaccinted and masks are no longer needed. Nh is wide open and at some of the lowest number in the country

Issues are evictions which will cause hardship on landlords have to take tenants to the court from back rent. A realtor friend had over 50K back rent not able to collect.

Wearing a mask will always be part of our precautionary step in public place.  Masks were invented in China and many people wear them as needed.  Here in the US many people found out they have not caught a cold or gpt sick since lock down. They kept people warm walking outside in the winter.  Wiping hands with santizer is in our genes.
